When digging and constructing, the server staff members accidentally stumbled upon a place where the veil between our world and something else was much thinner than it should be. Upon entering this fiery cavern, the portals to the abyss opened and hordes upon hordes of hell-beasts and monsters poured out, threatening the very existence of the server.

As we called for help, the brave warriors and citizens of the server came to our aid, helping to drive back the demonic wave.

Flaming arrows flew from the skeletal Fire Archers, the sharp weapons of the Fire Legion cut down many an innocent soul. When the first wave was repelled, more ominous creatures emerged from the depths – towering Hell Knights sent people flying, abhorrent giant Flesh Cubes stomped down on soldiers and flying Hellfires spat molten fire in every direction. It was chaotic and the losses were monstrous, but once again the people of MassiveCraft were victorious.

As his forces were decimated, the Hell King emerged from the fires, but even he couldn’t withstand the united force of the players. But that wasn’t all…

The very reason why the veil was thin emerged – The Great Dreamer Cthulhu! It took everything the server could throw at him that night to subdue him.

If you’re wondering if Cthulhu is gone and dead for good, I can only reply with a quote:
