will the books already sold be copyrighted from start or do you have to separetly copyright every book?
You will have to separately copyright every book. Books are per default not copyrighted.
If you copyright one copy of a book, does it apply for all copies of the book then?
No it does not. The system depends on that you copyright you book before you copy it at all.
