I am looking for some clarification in the documentation. Who can toggle the enter and exit functions for a gate? Is it only the creator or is their some other permissions, i.e. factions that allows this functionality?
Anyone can toggle the enter and exit functions right now. Should it be only the owner?
Yes… Raiders can very easily just sabotage every portal a faction has by just having a blaze rod on them.
Would you kindly release it to bukkitdev?
i really want to update my server’s old creative gate which i used since 1.2.5
Yes it will be released on Bukkit Dev. I will release it at the same time as Factions V2.0.0 probably. The plugins have to be tested some more first though.

Actually old creative gates plugin is unstable with 1.4.5+
gates sometimes become disabled with water spilled everywhere
