PvP Tournaments have returned! In what we hope to be the first in a series of more regular PvP tournaments, MassiveCraft hosted a Pop-up PvP Tournament last night which pitted the fighters of the server against each other once again. This time, they were competing for the unique Quickblade godsword! We had several dozen spectators come watch these exciting fights to support the PvP community.

In 4 brackets, we had 24 players face off against each other in the hopes to be the new MassiveCraft PvP champion! The tournament, which was broadcast on twitch for anybody to see, featured great diversity in weapons – the typical axes and sword, but also the occasional archer, creating exciting and new matches that had not been seen before in what is typically melee PvP. After several intense and harsh matches, the three finalists were Sevak, Ninja123r, and Lebrons. They faced off in a 3-man free for all and Sevak was the first to fall against the swords of his enemies, and Ninja123r subsequently burned out in the flames of Lebrons’ sword, making Lebrons the champion! Congratulations to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place victors. Fame and fortune is yours!
