There is a drought on MassiveCraft at the moment. Crops may not grow as they should. Wheat and melons might soon become a rarity so make sure you don’t sell your crops to cheap.

EDIT: Everything grows as usually again :)

I’ve heared rumours that portals to the nether have been closed as soon as the drought has started… maby pigman are behind this issue? Or… maby behind this… sorcery?

The edit says “Everything grows as usually again”, but as a full time farmer, I beg to differ. 2 issues – 1: Plants almost never grow unless I’m in the same chunk as them (Screenshot: http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l34/rosenvitae/ReportingWheatBug.png ). 2: The exception seems to be chunks, that were not altered untill around january 9th. These chunks react to the server’s 5.5 chunks proximity (88 blocks I’m told). All altered chunks after this (including all new farms I’ve tried to establish) requires me to stand on them, and even then seems to grow slower than the “un-altered” chunks. Please elaborate, if you know something I don’t. Otherwise I suggest spreading this and (if you test to find this plausible) report it. Thankyou.
