  Reworked the faction flag and permission systems (/f flag and /f perm).
  Flags can now be hidden, On MassiveCraft: Explosions, Offlineexplosions, Firespread, Endergrief, Permanent, Peaceful and Infpower.
  Flags can now be editable, On MassiveCraft: Open and Monsters.
  Made “/f open” a faction flag instead of a special command. All factions will now default to closed. If you want your faction to be open you should use “/f flag factionname open yes” instead of “/f open yes”.
  You can now decide your if monsters will spawn in your faction. Per default they will not. Use “/f flag factionname monsters yes” to toggle monster spawning on.
  Added “/f motd”, a message of the day system. This message will be displayed to players in the faction when they join the server.
